Head Coach

The San Antonio WAVE Swim Team is now accepting resumes from qualified candidates interested in filling the position of Head Coach on our experienced coaching staff.  This is a part-time Head Coach position.  We are a year-round USA swim team of more than 100 swimmers, looking for highly motivated individuals with the desire to maintain our elite competitive program.  The WAVE has a volunteer, parent-led Board of Directors.  The team trains year round in two locations, one 6-lane 25-yard pool and one 5-lane 25-yard pool.  Candidates must be current in CPR, First Aid, Coaches Safety Training certifications, and USA Swimming Background Screening.  Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate with experience and certifications.  Please direct all questions and resumes, with at least two references, to Mike Smith at treasurer@sawave.org.  Position will remain open until filled.  All submissions are in strict confidence.  The team's web site is www.sawave.org.

Part-time Senior Coach and Part-time Age Group Coach
